What is Jazzberry?
Jazzberry is an AI agent designed to find bugs in code by executing real code. It integrates with GitHub to automatically provide bug reports on pull requests. Formerly known as Prophet, it acts as an AI Bug Finder, trusted by innovative companies for security and correctness.
How to use Jazzberry?
When a pull request (PR) is created, Jazzberry clones the repository into a secure sandbox. Its AI agent then examines the PR, writes code, and executes commands through tool calls to run the user’s code. The AI agent observes the results, continues executing targeted tests, and finally returns the bugs it found in a tabular format.
Jazzberry’s Core Features
AI-driven bug finding Real code execution for testing Automatic bug reports on pull requests Secure sandbox environment for code analysis Ability for AI agent to write and execute code/commands Targeted test execution Generation of bug reports as a table Ephemeral reviews (code not stored after review) End-to-end SSL encryption for data transmission Identification of critical security vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL Injection, API Key Leakage, Authentication Bypass) Identification of functional and UX bugs (e.g., Navigation Failure)
Jazzberry’s Use Cases
- Automated security vulnerability detection in codebases (e.g., SQL injection, API key leakage, unsafe file handling, authentication bypass).
- Ensuring code correctness and preventing runtime errors (e.g., missing OpenAPI spec validation).
- Improving user experience by fixing navigation issues.
- Reducing compute procurement costs by identifying inefficient code.
- Streamlining code review processes by providing automated bug reports.
